No. Our rates are transparent, all-inclusive, and tailored to your needs. No placement fees. No surprise invoices.

Do I need a long-term contract ?

Our contracts are designed for flexibility, not lock-in. You stay in control - free to pause, adjust or scale as your needs evolve. And you only start paying once your hire is on board.

How are payments handled?

We manage all contracts and payments end-to-end in the platform. You pay securely via bank transfer. Contractors receive payment through their preferred method once milestones or hours are approved. Contracts can be hourly or fixed rates.

How do I pay for talent in other countries?

Work for Impact handles talent payment for you. You just transfer us the equivalent amount, securely, in your local currency.

What about taxes and compliance?

Individual contractors are  self-employed and are responsible for managing their own taxes and local compliance. We do not handle these obligations on their behalf. But our team is available to provide guidance and support should any questions arise.

Do you support large enterprises?

We specialize in designing tailored solutions for enterprise needs.
