It all started with Geoff

“In 2007, I founded a charity called Beyond the Orphanage to offer holistic support to children in low-income countries. Along with an in-house team, I relied on independent contractors to fill skills gaps and scale the charity’s impact. It wasn’t long before I realized that the world of on-demand work is often unfair for talent and expensive for organizations. Seeing an opportunity to use business to build a better future, I founded a global talent platform: Work for Impact.”
