A Creative Chameleon for Ethical Projects | Sandra Clua | 2D Animator & Creative Director

We are in London today to meet a creative mind from Catalunya, Sandra! She grew as a professional in the advertising field and now she is willing to put all her experience at disposal of meaningful projects:

Im Sandra Clua (aka ginjol) and I am a creator, director, and designer of all things motion graphics and animation. In truth, Im a feisty creative chameleon from Catalunya. Ive worked in London for the last 7 years. My work has included animated TV commercials, music videos, broadcast & social media content, and everything you can imagine in between

We asked Sandra a few questions about her work experiences and her interests:

Why did you join Work for Impact?

I joined Work for impact because after 15 years working in the advertising industry I realized I had a need to work on more meaningful projects. Advertising is a big creative side of my work but I really feel I want to use my talent and my skills to help to build a better world.

What motivates you?

What motivates me professionally is basicallyhaving new challenges and working every few weeks on different projects, with new techniques, new ideas, and new people. I really enjoy doing new things and learning new things with every project. I'm one of theselucky people thatloves her job, and for me opening the computer every morning is something that I really enjoy becausethen I get into my creative zone, doing illustration, or animation, or whatever the project requires.

How would you contribute to make the world a better place?

First of all, keep improving in my sustainability way of living, consuming less, and If I do be meaningful about what I buy and from who I buy it. In my professional life, hopefully, I can help small companies, ethical companies... to get known using my creative, and animation skills to make them reach more people.

Favorite organization?

I have a few, some of the big worldwide know like Greenpeace, but also other small ones like "casa nostra, casa vostra", "omnium cultural"  to write down a few.
