Evaluation Process

Our program is designed to empower young talents aged 18-30, prioritizing those with limited access to education, career opportunities, and essential resources. We carefully evaluate factors such as financial background, educational access, and local infrastructure to ensure we reach those who need it most.

Through partnerships with local organizations, surveys, and interviews, we identify and support individuals who are eager to grow and make an impact.
