• Ad-hoc Legal adviser to regional bodies in matters related to governance and institutional stability; participated in producing legal analyses and notes to assemblies.
• Advised on resolution of contractual claims; led pre-contentious negotiations and settlement; prepared files for arbitration where required.
• Provided legal advice, training and outreach to judicial and public-administration audiences translating legal frameworks into practical guidance.
• Advised Non-governmental Organizations (NGOs) on the interpretation and application of organizational/regulatory frameworks (policies, financial/contractual rules and donor stipulations), issuing clear guidance notes for managers.
