Key Responsibilities:

• Community: Engaging the RMIT founder community through Slack and events (both online and in-person). Manage the day-to-day operations of the co-working space as well as new/existing member enquiries.

• Programs: Overseeing the recruitment, delivery, and assessment of the LaunchHUB pre-accelerator program with the support of program facilitators and coaches.

• Partnerships: Developing and maintaining partnerships with VCs, founder communities, mentors and industry experts, prospective sponsors, and service providers to support the Activator community and programs.

• Outreach: Increasing awareness of RMIT Activator programs and community by organising lecture and staff meeting drop-ins, running info sessions, and leveraging partner marketing channels.

Key Achievements: 

• Increased the pipeline of Activator program applications by reaching 5000+ potential candidates.

• Welcomed over 250 new members to the Activator founder community.

• Established over 20 new partnerships which supported the program delivery, founder community perks, and event sponsorship.

• Organised over 15 community events with an NPS score of above 80.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading business development and marketing strategy and activities, including setting up lead generation funnels (on the website, social media platforms and CRM), content scheduling, SEO, end-to-end campaign management, and events organisation.

• Optimising and automating business processes to save cost and increase efficiency, including creating CRM workflows, auto-respond email templates, setting up an LMS platform, and building referral channels.

• Organising regular data reports to measure web traffic (Google Analytics), digital marketing activities, and ad campaign results.

Key Achievements: 

• Completed company rebrand with a new logo, a new website with client consultation flow, and a new CRM and LMS system.

• Increased monthly average conversion and revenue by 50%. Increased social media engagement (likes, followers, and views) by over 200% with a limited paid campaign budget.

• Organised and managed 10 online career workshops with student associations and local councils within 5 months and generated more than 700 leads through events.
