Key Responsibilities:
-Crafting and maintaining category strategies, including market analysis, supplier scorecards, supplier relationship management, and negotiation tactics
-Create and manage a pipeline to cover all EMEA needs
-Providing hands-on support to local teams and stakeholders
-Secure compliance with Yazaki's purchasing, quality, environmental, and legal standards

Develop and execute Category Purchasing Strategy to create competitive advantage for the Business Unit and ensure both long-term business sustainability as well as annual performance objectives.
-Responsible for the Ocean Logistic category for EMEA region:
- Lead supplier negotiations and select suppliers in accordance with defined process, strategy, and business unit requirements;
- Prepare the negotiations, launch of RFI, RFQ, RFP;
- Formalize the contracts and service level agreements (SLA's) and KPI's;
- Ensure compliance with all documentation (including NDA, supplier contracts, and pricing templates);
- Develop, lead, and execute Global cost improvement initiatives by developing sourcing strategies that are presented in Pre-Sourcing and Global sourcing meetings;
