Job Description

Work For Impact is growing and looking for an amazing Recruitment Manager to join our recruitment team.

The Recruitment Manager ultimately ensures that the client has a strong talent selection to help them close jobs and at the same time strengthens our growing freelancer pipeline throughout the platform.

To be successful in this role, the Recruitment Manager will need to be familiar with different ways and means to attract candidates using various sources like social media, referral sites or job boards. This role also requires close collaboration with the Customer Success team and different departments to provide regular updates and proactively identify future hiring needs.

The ultimate goal for this position is to grow our talent pipeline and close all advertised jobs on Work for Impact.


  • Develop and implement the recruiting strategy.

  • Source and recruit talent by using social media, job boards, databases, etc.

  • Analyze jobs to document requirements and objectives.

  • Document recruiting activities and provide analytical reports.


  • Education: Human Resources Management or related field.

  • Proven work experience as a recruiter.

  • Excellent communication skills.
