Led efforts of data and IT specialists and data integration partners.

  • Cox Communications

    2010 - 2012

    Cox shut down its wireless network and discontinued service in 2012.

    • Managed variety of go-to-market projects for nationwide service launch including customer data analysis for email marketing campaigns, customer experience design and development for customer services webpage, integration of wireless into customer care product recommendation engine, and mobile webpage and mobile app design.
