One of our biggest interests as owners of this restaurant was providing real healthy food to both locals and tourists at a fair price while taking care of our environment as much as possible.
We are proud to say we were the first healthy restaurant with a real focus on sustainable practices on the island. Although our place didn't survive COVID, we are really grateful for the experience gained and the opportunity to share our ideas and philosophy with our local peers and friends from all around the world.
