Fluent in French and English, Nicole holds a Master of Applied Science (MAS) in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Denver, Colorado, USA; a Maîtrise in Business Science from the University of Montpellier, France; and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in French literature and linguistics from Whitman College in Washington State, USA.
