APJ Sales and Operations Manager

Passionate Sales & Operations Professional with more than 10 years of experience. Good inter personal skills, commitment, result oriented, hard working and self motivated. Fosters the Sales and Operations team to achieve a common goal and to enhance the continuous improvement process and quality of work. Explores and recommends drives continuous improvement activities based on analysis of modern, cost effective methods. Set up Department's quality objective and training.  Effectively coordinates with C-level Executives, clients, partners, and internal team members to ensure successful completion of project requirements within the agreed budget and time frame. Experience in providing senior leadership, with the VP Sales & Operations, in the delivery of strategic initiatives.

1) Service Management:

Comfortable to coordinate and lead the Sales and Operations service delivery for Asia Pacific Region; including, but not limited to:

- CRM hygiene/pipeline management

- customer and partner invoicing

- management reporting and analysis

- daily task management – software activation license request of all GEOs

-Order Processing and Management including Skus Pricing Management
