Melasko aka Mayah Eden Lasky is a visual artist, graphic designer, photographer, and filmmaker.
She loves shooting events especially those that support sustainable practices. Highlighting and raising funds for our earth and oceans and its wildlife. Raising funds for indigenous sacred sights and showcasing our creative communities.
Melasko has a Diploma in interactive media- Majoring in animation and cinematography.
She is currently in the process of completing her Fine arts BA at RMIT specializing in film.
Melasko has been a freelance graphic artist since 2017 doing album covers and gig posters, she has worked with a group called Grassroots based in Melbourne raising money for Timor Leste educational programs to offer better art and sports streams to keep kids active.
With her camera, she has been shooting musical artists for promotional media and music videos while working on her own short films and on small scale film productions.
Melasko has exhibited her video work 'Be soft with me' at the Capitol cinema in 2019.
Premiered her 'Pool bodies' series in late 2019 in her collaborative debut exhibition 'I'm awake because I'm dreaming' with Mythra Sage.
And has been involved in various exhibitions showcasing her photographs, raising money for the bushfires in early 2020.
