I'm Martina. I'm from BA, Argentina. I'm curious and passionate about the social impact entrepreneurial world. I work as a consultant helping organisations to design and develop social innovation and sustainable projects.
Having grown up in BA, a modern and unequal country, has always overwhelmed me. I studied HR because I’ve always wanted to encourage people to go after their dreams.
My first approach to think about improving people's lives was the Junior World Entrepreneurship Forum in IAE Business School. I could build a social and environmental project while studying at the university.
During a trip to Copenhagen, I met Ernestas, a social entrepreneur developing a startup called Tealure in the Copenhagen Business School. I worked as a volunteer during the kickstarter campaign.
Back in BA, I worked for the City Government learning about public policies. I started contributing to different projects in vulnerable areas.
I also worked for an NGO. I built alliances, designed NGOs volunteer programmes and organised events in which speakers shared their experiences towards inclusion.
Last year, I coordinated a social initiative called “Sin Barreras” with Accenture's Corporate Citizenship team in which we conducted workshops to introduce companies towards the topic: disability and labour.
