I am an Human Resources professional with years of experience in both private and public sector. I am also experience with coordinating and administrating Employment Tribunal cases.
I am also certified Mental Health first aider and Wellbeing Champion. I strongly believe that staff wellbeing is a keystone of organisation's effectiveness. Therefore it is crucial for businesses to build a culture of wellbeing that will boost mental, physical and financial health across the organisation. I am able to provide support and advise in areas of wellbeing policy, staff support, engagement, and facilities to ensure a fully effective workplace and a great place to work.
