In 2017, I graduated from the George Washington University with a bachelor’s degree. Following my graduation, I served as the Executive Assistant to the Director of the Geriatrics and Palliative Care Department at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. There, I took on administrative tasks that supported the overall team, including the maintenance of six doctors’ calendars within the department. In addition to scheduling, my duties also entailed managing phone calls, incoming mail & faxes, organization of travel, and tasks related to managing these doctors’ patients.
I not only worked as an assistant for several doctors but also took on larger administrative tasks that aided the entire department. These included creating an inpatient clinical schedule, organizing yearly events for faculty and staff, and compiling minutes/notes during the department’s monthly faculty meetings.
In my current position at Summers in the Ardèche, I have taken on many roles to support our small international business. My administrative position covers everything from answering emails to the organization of our virtual events. Yet, my role is not limited to the management of the business, but also content creator, photographer, and writer.
