I have experience working at startups as Head of Customer Support and Product Owner. I have also worked as a Head of Operations while also being a Product Owner. I have managed a remote team of Customer Support Agents. I was responsible for every aspect of managing a team: recruitment, training, setting up policies and knowledge base, setting up KPIs and much more. I also worked as a Product Owner where we followed the Agile Scrum Method. With my software team we successfully launched a Driver Signup Process that improved the overall process for our driver partners.
