In 2008 I was promoted to the Coastal Manager (Branch Manager) and we moved offices to Westville

Responsibilities include: Co-ordinate and manage all staff in Durban, Plan and manage workflow, Monthly payroll, Disciplinary issues, Motivation, Recruitment; Training and mentoring staff, Client relationship building, Maintaining and growing existing client base, New business development, Strategic planning.
Ad-hoc Responsibilities include: Create networking opportunities through functions, New product/service development, Industry research, Property management, Served as trustee to the Body Corporate of the Westville building, marketing and social media input
