I am Justine Maui Lucas from the Philippines. I have been working in the BPO Industry for almost ten years now. I am a full-time Team Leader now, and I believe with the skills I have acquired over time, I am suitable for this position and can deliver outstanding results. I am good at partnering with internal and external stakeholders as this will strengthen the relationship between our company and our customer - putting customers first.
I started my career as a Customer Service Representative handling billing and escalation for a Telecom Company. I sought another opportunity and started working as a Collection Specialist at an Outsourcing Bank located in Australia. We do Skip Tracing of the clients' whereabouts and contact numbers.
I found a more significant opportunity to an in-house Financial Services in which I handled Fraud, Claims, Disputes, and Knowing Your Customer. I do cover communicating with both of our customers and stakeholders.
I am presently working at a Financial Company which handles Anti Money Laundering, and my roles and responsibilities are to ensure that we are compliant in the onboarding process of our business clients from collection and verification of all the documents provided and 3rd Party documents provided by the government and company.
