Cross-platform journalist

Whether it's exploring virtual sex ed for the YouTube generation, why a running club could help the homeless or the forgotten power of vitamin N (aka nature), my special interest as a cross-platform journalist is wellbeing - both ours and that of our planet.

With 13 years' experience, I've worked on major brands including Women's Health, Marie Claire, Stylist, Grazia, Times Educational Supplement,, Cosmopolitan and Healthy. I've also held senior editorial positions on staff, most recently as Head of Content on Boots Health & Beauty, which has been nominated for Innovation of the Year in the 2020 PPA Awards.

My recent column - The Everyday Activist - served as a beginner's guide to activism, with easy ideas to make a difference to each other and the earth, no matter how limited our time and resources.

Working across print, digital and social, I cover a wide range of topics including trends in health, fitness, psychology, family, travel, feminism, the environment, and society at large. If it's a story that matters, I'll turn my hand to it.

I also have extensive experience producing print and digital commercial/contract content for major brands, including L'Oreal, Samsung, BA, IKEA, Boots, BUPA and Tropicana.
