I have 10 years of experience in the BPO industry catering a telco account for Accenture for 7 years and a Content Moderator for Social Media Account (Facebook) that analyze posted contents to make sure it follows community standards. Then I went to a seasonal account for 6 months handling email support for gamers globally and then went back to a Telco Account specifically Verizon, the number one network in the US, as a chat support agent that moved my way up to assistant supervisor and subject matter expert.
Communicating and interacting with people is one of the best assets I have which really helped in honing my skills and developed the skill sets I have in making sure to provide 100% customer satisfaction.
