I am a two-year course graduate of BUSINESS INFORMATION MANAGEMENT with an Academic award upon graduation.
I undergone On-the-Job training in a Banking Industry. On that period, I was able to familiarize myself regarding the systems used, management style and other related skills that a banking industry has to offer.
I worked in a City Cooperative for 7 months to practice my accounting skills. My job function was to be an ASSISTANT BOOKKEEPER, ENCODER and OFFICE STAFF. My daily task was to update the daily financial records of the members on their individual journals manually and encode it in the system for back up. I am also trusted to deposit currencies into different banks. Most of the time I am working in their accounting department to assist the Treasurer in filing her financial documents and there are also times that our Chairwoman will require my presence to complete urgent tasks.
I have been in a CALL CENTER INDUSTRY to practice my communication skills. I got almost 4 years of BPO experience working as a Consultant specializing in an Australian TELCO Account. I managed to resolve different kinds of daily requests from the Customers using all kinds of available systems for a particular kind of request with high resolution, production rate, passing handling time and minimal to zero lost hours. I experienced to be assigned both in the Voice Section wherein I took inbound phone calls to resolve different issues and Non-Voice Section wherein I responded to complex issues via Email. Each day I am required to process bulk mobile and sim number activations for different customers and resolved all kinds of billing issues including the complex ones. I attended upskill trainings to increase my capabilities as a consultant and as per compliance to the Company Policies.
I undergone a Virtual Assistant Training Course to familiarize myself on the daily routine and the usual systems being used by a Virtual Assistant.
I am trustworthy, hardworking and always compliant. I am always willing to be trained if that is required.
