Technical Chat Support

Recently, I was working as a Technical Chat Support - Level 2 with HP Instant Ink Program and we are handling 2 (concurrency) customer at the same time. As a level 2 Technical Support I am handling escalations and creating tickets if when necessary and at the same time monitoring our chat surveys to ensure that we are meeting our clients requirements.
